Frederick J. (Rick) Diekman
has over 30 years of experience in the field of wear resistance. He is President of Controlled Thermal Processing, Inc. and has over 20 years of experience with Deep Cryogenic Treatment. He is founder and co-chair of the ASM International Cryogenic Processing Sub Committee, has taught an ASM course on DCT. He works closely with the Cryogenic Society of America, and was instrumental in the CSA’s establishment of its data base of research articles on DCT.
